Waiver Requirements:
All participants need to fill out a waiver or have a digital waiver on file to use skates or sporting equipment.
All waivers on file are good for up to a year upon signing
Anyone under the age of 18, needs a parent or guardian signature to participate.
Additional waiver may be required depending on the activities the individual is participating in.
