The Hope Center for Kids believes that every employee has the right to work, every volunteer and member has the right to participate in surroundings that are free from all forms of unlawful discrimination. It is The-Hope’s policy to allow participation, to hire, promote, transfer, terminate, and make all other employment, volunteer, or membership related decisions without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, the presence of any disability, or any other basis prohibited by local, state or federal law and the values of The Hope Center for Kids.
